The brief (in brief)
To design a new brand identity that reflected Shrewsbury Homes’ focus on building modern, contemporary homes, whilst incorporating their previous logo’s fleur de lis.
Key 3 Media designed four logo concepts, the first of which was chosen by Shrewsbury Homes director, Mathew Morris. With variations for website, social media profiles and vehicle livery, brand guidelines were compiled to ensure consistency across all Shrewsbury Homes marketing.
Following approval of the brand identity, Key 3 Media created a fully responsive website with the main goal of selling the client’s properties. Working and adapting to desktop, tablet and phone, shrewsburyhouses.co.uk is clean, modern and easy to navigate… with a blog and downloadable site PDFs.
Following website launch, interest in Shrewsbury Homes’ main development, Abbey Wharf, soared and properties accordingly sold. New developments are being added to the website, with property details, architectural drawings and video fly-throughs.
