Facebook Advertising – NHS
The brief (in brief)
We were requested by an NHS Foundation Trust to spearhead a recruitment campaign for nurses.
As Facebook Advertising allows you to target people by location and job title, we created a six-ad campaign that hit the right people with the right message.
We always split test our Facebook Ads to ensure maximum click thru rate. Certain headlines and images work better than others, which is why continuing management is a vital part of all the Facebook Advertising we handle for clients, whether they are ads to grow an audience, drive web traffic or capture leads. Being able to tweak the design whenever we wanted is another advantage of Facebook Ads over most traditional methods.
Within hours of going live, the Facebook Adverts were driving traffic to the NHS Foundation Trust’s recruitment web page. By the end of the first month, there had been over 500 clicks from nurses in the designated radius… for a fraction of the price of previous press campaigns.
