Social Media Training – Home Instead Senior Care
The brief (in brief)
To train a number of Home Instead franchisees on the how to create and manage their social media content.
We held a three-hour training session at the Shropshire Conference Centre. Topics covered included the basics of setting your accounts up, social media Ts & Cs, the unwritten rules of etiquette, content research, content scheduling, audience engagement, statistical analysis and Facebook Advertising.
Some attendees indeed went on to manage their social media, where Facebook proved especially cost effective for staff recruitment; others decided that time was more of an issue and went on to use Key 3 Media’s own management service until the work can be taken back in-house.
